The latest update to the Firefox web browser, version 148, has caused a failure in the Open OnDemand terminal. Users will see a white screen instead of the expected terminal view. We are waiting on the Open OnDemand development team to produce a patch. In the meantime, please use a different web browser, or connect to the HPCC terminal using an SSH client. A guide for using SSH clients is available in our documentation. We will update this post once more information is available.
